Who we are

What we collect
The form asks for your name, a phone number or email, the kind of enquiry (home buyer, investor, partner, or career), an optional budget range, an optional message, an optional time for a call or meeting, the listing you were viewing, and the language of the page. We store the time the message arrived. We do not ask for payment card numbers.
Why we use it
We use the data to answer you, introduce a consultant, arrange a call or meeting, and, if you mark the note as a career enquiry, to consider that application. The legal basis is your consent, given by the checkbox. You can withdraw consent by email. Withdrawal does not undo processing that already took place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months, unless a transaction you asked for, or the law, requires a longer period. You can ask us to delete the record sooner.
Who receives it
Messages are emailed to sk.skvoz.horizont@mail.ru when mail delivery is configured, and a copy is stored on the server that hosts the site. We do not sell personal data. If a deal moves forward we may share details with a developer, lawyer, or bank involved in that deal, and we will tell you before we do.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object if we ever rely on a basis other than consent. If you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom you may complain to your local supervisory authority. In Russia you may also complain to Roskomnadzor.
Consent choice on this device
A banner asks whether we may enable analytics later. Your choice is stored in local storage in this browser, not in an advertising cookie. Essential use of the site does not load an analytics tool. If you accept analytics, this version of the site only marks an empty placeholder. No third-party analytics script is included. Clear the site data in your browser to reset the choice.
Spam controls and transport
The form checks that the fields make sense, that consent is ticked, and it drops messages that look automated. The public site must be served only over HTTPS. HSTS belongs on the host, in front of this application.
